PURPOSE

The Promotion allows eligible Participants to receive 200MB of mobile data for free, by accessing a dedicated landing page via an original QR code provided by Holafly.

DURATION

This promotion is for a limited time. It will start on the launch date through Holafly's digital channels and will initially run until July 31, 2025, with the possibility of being extended until December of the same year. Holafly reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

OFFER DETAILS

The Promotion will provide two hundred megabytes (200MB) of mobile data, valid for twenty-four (24) hours from the time of activation or until fully consumed-whichever comes first.

Each Participant may redeem the Promotion only once, when the QR code has been scanned and the provided MB used, the promotion will no longer be accessible. Holafly may use device identifiers, email addresses, and other technical means to monitor and preven tmultiple redemptions.

Attempted access via shared or altered links, screenshots, or reproduced QR codes is strictly prohibited and may render the offer invalid. The landing page is designed for mobile devices only.

This Promotion is for use on smartphones only. It is not valid for use on tablets, laptops, or other non-mobile devices.Only users aged eighteen (18) years or older who possess an eSIM-compatible smartphone and internet access,can participate.Holafly does not guarantee compatibility with all devices and is not liable for unsuccessful activations due to hardware or software limitations.

The Promotion is not available to Holafly employees or contractors, or individuals participating on behalf of organizations.

DATA PROTECTION

Your data will be processed for the management of the promotion and to enforce the Terms. These terms will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Holafly reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Promotion at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms: if you breach any of the provisions set out in these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive conduct: If Holafly detects or reasonably suspects any fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise suspicious activity in connection with your participation.
• Legal or Technical reasons: If required to do so by applicable law, regulation, courtorder, or due to technical issues that compromise the integrity or functionality of the Promotion.

Such termination or suspension may occur immediately and without warning. In all cases,Participants acknowledge and accept that they will not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or reinstatement of the Promotion or any associated benefits resulting from the termination or suspension.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
